About the Opportunity

This full-time Manager role at Osborne House (36 hours/week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a visitor-facing, hands-on leadership position. You'll motivate and coach your team to deliver exceptional service, oversee site presentation, drive income, and engage the local community. What We’re Looking For

Customer service experience in leisure or tourism
Strong staff management and supervisory skills
Highly organised with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working weekends and occasional evenings
Passion for people, not necessarily a background in history
