About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced class teacher or a newly qualified ECT. You will be teaching within the EYFS, KS1, or KS2 phases, depending on your strengths and preferences. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking team with a shared goal of delivering high-quality, inclusive education that inspires a love of learning in every child.

* Are excellent classroom practitioners with a deep understanding of effective pedagogy
* Have experience teaching in the primary phase (through qualified teaching or placements)
* Inspire children and foster active, independent learning
* Demonstrate an inclusive approach and have experience supporting pupils with SEND
* Set high expectations for achievement, progress, and behaviour
* Are organised, reflective, and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Possess a passion for education and the ability to motivate young learners
* Serve as positive role models for pupils
