About the Opportunity
This 12-month paid graduate design programme (£32,000/year, starting 29th October 2025) offers the chance to rotate across multiple design teams at Sky — from entertainment and sports to commerce and new products. You'll receive mentorship, hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Userzoom), and training in UX research, prototyping, motion design, and more. A unique opportunity to build a diverse design portfolio and learn from some of the best in the business.
What We’re Looking For
- A completed undergraduate degree by September 2024 (or on track to complete)
- A strong interest in design (formal education or self-taught)
- Portfolio or examples of previous design work
- Curiosity, creativity, and user-focused thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Right to work in the UK (Sky does not offer visa sponsorship)
