About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Talent Acquisition Associate (remote, UK-based), you'll play a key role in recruitment operations—supporting hiring managers, managing candidate journeys, and helping attract top talent. This 12-month programme, starting August 2025, includes structured training, real-world projects, and exposure to senior leadership. You’ll develop core recruitment, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills, with potential for a permanent role upon completion. What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people development
