About the Opportunity

Based in Bristol, this graduate civil engineering role in the Dams and Reservoirs team offers exposure to significant UK and international projects, from new dam designs to safety assessments and rehabilitation works. Graduates benefit from structured technical and soft-skills training, chartered mentorship, biannual salary reviews, and a flexible benefits scheme. You'll work on conceptual to detailed designs, hydraulic and structural analyses, flood studies, site inspections, and client engagement — all while growing within a vibrant, supportive community.

What We’re Looking For

Degree (2023 or later) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Water Resources/Hydraulic Engineering
Less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements)
Methodical problem-solving approach and strong initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eligible to work permanently in the UK without Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
