About the Opportunity

The Finance Instalments Controller role sits within the Instalment team, focused on regulatory credit management, customer service, and financial reporting. You will contribute to achieving key performance goals, manage premium payment processes, liaise with customers, and maintain regulatory compliance. The position offers significant development opportunities, including technical training, flexible working options, a performance bonus, and the chance to build a long-term career within the wider Allianz Group.

What We're Looking For

Experience in credit management, instalments, or regulated finance roles
Knowledge of compliance regulations, FCA rules, and BACS processes
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Office applications
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
Data-driven, results-focused, and innovation-minded
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (desirable)
CICM qualification or willingness to study towards it (desirable)
Experience in data analysis and reporting (desirable)
