Money Advice Caseworker
We know that helping people great data drives great decision making and service delivery. We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated and experienced team working as a Money Advise Case worker.
Working in our Money Advice Team, your role will be to help support and advise our customers who are struggling with their finances, enabling them to budget more effectively by identifying potential income maximisation and expenditure reduction, prioritise their creditors.

You will have:
- Minimum of 4 passes at GCSE Grade A*-C (4-9) including English and Mathematics (or equivalent) OR able to demonstrate an equivalent level of literacy and numeracy.
- Experience of exploiting information systems to be proactive and deliver excellent money advice services
- To manage a portfolio of client referrals
- Be able to provide high quality advice and intervention to tenants, leaseholders and members of the public to ensure that they can manage debt effectively and to make priority payments
- A customer-focused outlook, with a passion to improve customers financial positions
- The ability to develop strong, effective working relationships
- The ability to communicate effectively at different levels, and to convey sometimes complex data in a way that can be easily understood
- Someone who has experience working in social housing or the wider public sector, would be desirable.
