Overview - Concierge Executive

The Concierge Executive role supports our Senior Patient Manager with exceptional service delivery to our members who are public figures, leaders of industry, celebrities, corporate, and UHNWI Worldwide.

The role involves booking medical appointments, overseeing concierge medical operations as well as liaising with private medical insurance companies to a high standard.

Requirements - Concierge Executive

Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-end customer focused role is preferred.
Any medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
Successful candidates will have the ability to multi-task while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
The desire to always deliver an unrivalled client experience via all means of communication.

This business is an elite service provision, not a medically led business, you will be providing navigational and administrative support services.
You will be joining a dynamic team of highly motivated individuals.
The Concierge Executive role is remote working and all necessary equipment with be provided, laptop/company phone.
The entire team are connected using Microsoft Teams consistently which creates a virtual office experience, you will not be working on your own.

Shifts - Concierge Executive

The Concierge Executive shift patterns are 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, either 0800-1630 or 1000-1830.
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a company pension scheme.
