About the Opportunity
Join the Full-Time Graduate Programme in Engineering in Belfast starting September 2025. You’ll be part of one of three key areas — Cloud Strategy & Architecture, Quality Engineering, or Technology Programme Delivery — delivering large-scale transformation for clients. You'll gain technical certifications (e.g. AWS, GCP), receive tailored training, and develop your consulting skills through real projects, mentoring, and a structured Analyst Induction Programme. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors, coaches, and peers every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree in any discipline by September 2025
- Minimum 104 UCAS points (or 260 pre-2017)
- At least grade 6 (B) in Maths and grade 4 (C) in English Language at GCSE (or equivalent)
- Interest in technology, engineering, and business transformation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants
