What We're Looking For
- Aged 18 to 39
- STEM degree (all STEM disciplines considered)
- 96 UCAS points (64+ in maths/engineering-based science)
- 5 GCSEs (A-C / 9-4)* including English and Maths
- UK citizen or British Dual National, with 5 years’ continuous UK residency
- Physically fit: 145cm minimum height, BMI 18–28
- Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and passion for engineering
